Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out (ex. Special holidays). We are experiencing delayed shipping orders due to Covid we thank you for your understanding

  1. Shipping Times

Shipping time is normally 10 business days after processing. Although most parcels are received within 14 business days. Please note that if you order from more than one brand that we carry, your parcels may be shipped separately. 

If you have not received your package within 15 business days after your order has been shipped, please email info@adelciahair.com with your full name and order number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

  1. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

  1. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email: info@adelciahair.com We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@adelciahair.com  Within the e-mail please include: 

  • Your full name 
  • Order number 
  • The e-mail or phone number used to place the order 
  • A picture of the damaged product, including the lot # and expiry date 
  1. Returns and Refunds

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@adelciahair.com  detailing the reason you are choosing to return the product in question. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: 

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
    The product being returned must contain 100% of its contents and in its original packaging.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • The product must have been purchased directly through Adelcia Hair (adelciahair.com) . We are unable to process returns, nor provide prepaid return labels for Third Party Retailer purchases.
  • We do not provide returns for satisfaction related requests
  • You must include pictures of the product.

Products that do not meet this criterion will not be considered for a return. 

Please note that we do not offer returns of sales items.

Upon requesting a return, you will be asked to complete a Customer Return Form. Once you have completed the form and sent it to us, please allow 5-10 business days for us to review and process the request. Please do not dispose of the returned items until Adelcia Hair has reviewed the details. All approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement.

If you have any questions or concerns related to our products or regarding our return policy, please send an e-mail to info@adelciahair.com. We do our very best to respond to all support related e-mails within 2 business days.

We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.

Since we have too many emails to deal with everyday, your email will be replied in 24 hours (During Work Day). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
